Thank you for shopping with us! Each of our products is custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify, which works with a network of print providers worldwide. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our process and delivery times.

Order Processing Time

  • Each item is made-to-order, and processing times may vary depending on the print provider and the product type. Generally, please allow 2-7 business days for processing and production before shipment.

Shipping Times

  • Our products are shipped from print providers located in different countries, and shipping times may vary depending on the provider’s location and the destination.
  • Domestic Shipping (within the same country as the print provider): Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after production.
  • International Shipping (different country from the print provider): Estimated delivery within 7-20 business days after production, depending on the destination country.

(Please note that shipping times are approximate and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or carrier delays.)

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the print provider’s rates.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Tracking availability may vary based on the print provider, but we strive to keep you updated on your order’s progress.

Customs Fees and Import Duties

  • For international orders, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by the destination country’s customs authority.

Multiple Items in One Order

  • If your order contains items from multiple print providers, they may be shipped separately, resulting in multiple packages and tracking numbers.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at Social@LeleFarley.com. We will coordinate with the print provider to locate your package and provide assistance.

Changes to Orders

  • Orders cannot be modified after being placed, as they enter production quickly due to the custom nature of each product. Please double-check all order details before completing your purchase.
